MENSTRUATE
We wouldn’t be here, none of us, if women didn’t shed their uterine lining each month. What is so offensive about blood? Why are men afraid to hear about it? Why are women so afraid to mention it?
Is it really so terrifying that under six teaspoons (teaspoons, they’re the small ones!) of blood exits our body? It’s not poisonous, it won’t contaminate you and it’s completely natural.
BREASTFEED
It’s within each mother’s right to choose whether to breast feed her child or not. No one has the right to tell a mother she cannot feed her child in public, however.
Regardless of facilities, money or house hold items- a child can be fed from their mother’s body. That is amazing. A mother can feed her child; give it all the nutrients it needs completely from her own body. This is an incredibly natural process and no one can tell you that it is wrong to do so.

LOSE IT
We are not machines. We are not built or constructed, there are not certain ways to react, and there is no right or wrong emotion. We are humans and we’re all unique.
If something upsets you- cry, you cry and don’t dare be ashamed. If you’re angry, you tell them you’re angry. Tell people how you feel and show how you feel because it is natural to have emotions.
